By using Therians Go, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
1) Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Therians Go.
2) Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Do not impersonate others or create accounts for unlawful purposes.
3) Community behavior and safety
- No harassment, hate speech, or threats.
- No sharing private contact details publicly or doxxing others.
- Respect consent and boundaries at all times.
- No sexual exploitation, coercion, or predatory behavior.
4) Service features and availability
Features may evolve over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve safety, reliability, or legal compliance.
5) Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store and Google Play. Billing, cancellation, renewals, and refunds follow each store's policies and your local law.
Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6) Content and licenses
You retain rights to content you submit, but grant Therians Go a license to host, process, and display it to operate the service. You must only submit content you have rights to use.
7) Enforcement and termination
We may limit or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create safety/legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion in settings.
8) Disclaimers and liability
Therians Go is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
9) Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice where required.
